I specialise in litigation in trusts and estates litigation, and have additional experience in revenue matters. I am currently instructed (for HMRC) in the Ingenious litigation (FTT and UT), the Icebreaker litigation (UT), Gareth Clark v HMRC (in the FTT and the UT – to be heard by the Court of Appeal in Jan 2020), London Luton BPRA LLP v HMRC (leading case on business premises renovation allowances), and Neville Andrew v HMRC.
